As a Scrum Master, I am responsible for facilitating teams in applying Agile and Scrum methods to improve efficiency and productivity. I ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles, remove obstacles that hinder the work process, and organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. In addition, I collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well managed and project priorities are clearly organized. My role also involves coaching the team in Agile best practices and supporting individual skill development within the team.
